How it works
Ask before the work is scoped, not after
Financing options are available on installation work. The time to raise it is while we are scoping the job, so the estimate you get reflects what you will actually pay and when, rather than a number you then have to go away and work out how to cover.
ACS provides accurate estimates before work begins, and installations carry an advertised two year warranty. Because our technicians are compensated based on service rather than sales commissions, the recommendation you get is the one the equipment needs. Cost is a separate conversation, and it is one we would rather have early.

Common questions
About financing with ACS
When should I bring it up?
As early as possible, ideally before we scope the work. It changes nothing about the recommendation and everything about how the estimate is presented.
Does it change the price of the job?
The work is priced on the work. Ask us to go through the options alongside the estimate so you can see both together.
Can I finance a repair rather than a replacement?
Financing options are generally raised on installation work. Tell us what you are facing and we will be straight with you about whether it applies.
What if I would rather just get it fixed?
Then we fix it. Our technicians are paid for the service they perform, not for what they sell, so nobody here has a reason to steer you toward a replacement you do not need.
