Our story
Built around telling people the truth
ACS Accent Comfort Services is a locally owned and family operated home services company serving the greater Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding Carolina markets. Founded in the Charlotte area more than 20 years ago, ACS provides residential and commercial heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, indoor air quality, generator, new construction and remodeling services.
The company was built around a straightforward principle: providing customers with truthful recommendations and professional solutions. ACS technicians are compensated based on service rather than sales commissions, which allows the team to focus on diagnosing the customer's actual needs instead of creating pressure to purchase unnecessary equipment or services.
ACS focuses on accurate estimates, clear communication, quality workmanship and long term solutions. The company backs its work through the Accent Promise and places a strong emphasis on professionalism, respect for the customer's property, timely service and creating lasting customer relationships.
ACS is a family owned company operated across multiple generations and has served homeowners and businesses throughout Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding communities for more than two decades.

Our mission is to provide homeowners and businesses with honest, professional and long lasting solutions for their heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical and home service needs. We put the customer's needs first, provide accurate recommendations without unnecessary sales pressure and strive to deliver exceptional workmanship and service in every interaction.
That principle is what the Accent Promise puts in writing, and it is why our technicians are paid for the work they do rather than for what they sell.

Where we work from
Two offices, one team
Our Charlotte office on Perimeter Woods Drive is the primary location and covers the metro and the communities around it. Our Mooresville office supports the Lake Norman market, reaching Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville and north into Iredell County.
