Most remodeling delays happen in the gaps between trades. ACS holds North Carolina plumbing, heating and fire sprinkler license 29395, electrical licenses L.29173 and Q.16186, and South Carolina contractor license 109694, so the plumbing, the heating and the wiring are all our responsibility rather than somebody else's schedule.

Do you subcontract the plumbing and electrical?
No. ACS holds North Carolina Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractor License 29395 and Electrical Contractor Licenses L.29173 and Q.16186, so the trades a remodel depends on are our responsibility rather than somebody else's schedule.
Will I get an estimate before anything starts?
Yes. Accurate estimates before work begins are part of the Accent Promise, along with clear communication about what the work involves.
Can a project be financed?
Financing options are available on installation work. Raise it while we are scoping the job so the estimate reflects it.
Is the work covered afterwards?
A two year warranty is advertised on installations and services. The terms that apply to your job come with the documentation for the work carried out.
