Where we work

Service Areas Across Charlotte, Lake Norman and the Carolinas

Two offices covering the greater Charlotte region and northern South Carolina, with heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical from the same team wherever you are.

Where we work

Every community we serve

  • Charlotte, NC

Our primary office is in Charlotte, and the city has been our home market since the company was founded here in December 2004.

  • Clover, SC

Clover sits in the northwestern corner of York County, near Lake Wylie and the state line.

  • Concord, NC

Concord is one of the fastest growing parts of the Charlotte metro, and a lot of its housing is now old enough to need the systems replacing rather than serviced.

  • Cornelius, NC

Cornelius is Lake Norman proper, and lakefront property asks more of a comfort system than most housing stock does.

  • Davidson, NC

Davidson is a small town with a lot of old housing stock, and old houses are where honest diagnosis matters most.

  • Denver, NC

Denver sits on the western shore of Lake Norman in Lincoln County, about 25 miles north of uptown Charlotte.

  • Fort Mill, SC

Fort Mill is one of the fastest growing communities on this side of the state line, and a lot of its housing is now on its first system replacement.

  • Gastonia, NC

Gastonia is one of the larger cities west of Charlotte, and we cover it for all four trades rather than just the heating and cooling.

  • Huntersville, NC

Huntersville sits between our two offices, which in practice means whichever van is free is rarely far away.

  • Kannapolis, NC

Kannapolis has a lot of mill-era housing alongside a rebuilt downtown, and the two need very different things from a heating and cooling system.

  • Lancaster, SC

Lancaster is the southern edge of our coverage, reached on US-521 rather than the interstate.

  • Matthews, NC

Matthews keeps a small town centre inside a large metro, and the housing around it ranges from genuinely old to barely finished.

  • Mint Hill, NC

Mint Hill has larger lots and more properties on well and septic than most of the metro, which changes what a plumbing call looks like.

  • Monroe, NC

Monroe is far enough out that a contractor who only really works the city centre will quietly deprioritise it. We do not.

  • Mooresville, NC

Our second office is in Mooresville, and it is the one that covers Lake Norman and the communities north of Charlotte.

  • Rock Hill, SC

Rock Hill is the largest city in York County and the fifth largest in South Carolina, and I-77 makes it a direct run from our Charlotte office.

  • Salisbury, NC

Salisbury has one of the largest historic districts in the state, and historic houses are where a careless installer does the most damage.

  • Shelby, NC

Shelby is the western edge of our coverage, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend the drive does not exist.

  • Sherrills Ford, NC

Sherrills Ford sits on the northwestern shore of Lake Norman in Catawba County, roughly 35 miles northwest of Charlotte.

  • Statesville, NC

Statesville sits at the junction of I-40 and I-77, and our Mooresville office is a straight run south from it.

  • Tega Cay, SC

Tega Cay sits on a peninsula in Lake Wylie, and waterfront property has its own set of comfort and humidity problems.

  • Terrell, NC

Terrell is a small waterfront community on Lake Norman, and a small community is exactly where being someone's fourth call gets expensive.

  • York, SC

York is the county seat of York County, and its historic district means a lot of housing that a modern system has to be fitted into rather than dropped into.

Communities we serve

Cities and towns across both Carolinas

Our primary market is the Charlotte metro. Our secondary market is Lake Norman and Mooresville. Beyond those we cover the greater Charlotte region and surrounding North Carolina and northern South Carolina communities, and every one of them has a page of its own above.

Charlotte is served from our Perimeter Woods office off I-77 Exit 18; Lake Norman, Iredell County and the western shore are served from Mooresville, off I-77 Exit 36.

About where we work

The Charlotte office is the primary location and covers the metro and the communities around it. The Mooresville office supports the Lake Norman market and reaches north into Iredell County.

I am not sure whether I am in your area.

Tell us where you are and we will confirm rather than leaving you guessing. Being just outside a list is not always the same as being outside the area.

Do you offer the same services everywhere?

Yes. Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, generators, indoor air quality, new construction and remodeling come from the same team wherever you are in the coverage area.

Is emergency cover available across the whole area?

Qualifying urgent HVAC, plumbing and electrical issues are covered 24/7 throughout the areas we serve.

Sample reviews. These are placeholders showing how the section will look. Connect the Google listing and real five star reviews replace them, and this notice goes with them.

  • Sample
    Sample Review Placeholder

This card shows how a five star Google review will look once the listing is connected. The layout holds a longer review by scrolling inside the card, so one customer writing three paragraphs never stretches the row.

  • Sample
    Sample Review Placeholder

A shorter one, to show the other end of the range. Cards keep the same height whatever the length, so the row stays even.

  • Sample
    Sample Review Placeholder

Reviewer photos appear here when Google supplies one. Where there is no photo the card falls back to a square set of initials rather than a circle, which matches the rest of the site.

  • Sample
    Sample Review Placeholder

The strip scrolls sideways and can be swiped on a phone. Only five star reviews are shown, which is set once in the review settings rather than per page.

  • Sample
    Sample Review Placeholder

Real reviews are written into the page at build time so search engines read them, then refreshed in the browser so the site stays current between deploys.

Once the Google listing is linked, every card on this row is replaced by a genuine review and this notice disappears on its own.

Financing available

Not the month you wanted a new system to fail?

Financing options are available on installation work. Ask while we are scoping the job and the estimate will reflect what you actually pay and when. It takes one conversation, and it changes nothing about the recommendation you get.
